When using infrared thermal imager to monitor various scenarios, it also needs to understand the situation of thermal imager. Because the thermal imager is the way of thermal imaging, it reflects the temperature change of the object, so it has higher requirements on the temperature of the object itself and its surroundings. In the actual measurement, if partial condition does not meet the monitoring condition, we should use special technique to deal with. When the infrared heat imager is correctly mastered, we should have a special grasp of these requirements. Select the correct temperature range; Understand maximum measurement distance; The only requirement is to generate a clear infrared thermal image, or a precise temperature measurement is required. Single work background; Ensure the instrument is stable during the measurement.
1) adjust the focus
You can adjust the image curve after infrared image storage, but you can't change the focal length after image storage, nor can you eliminate other clutter of heat reflection. The focal length should be carefully adjusted while operating. Try to adjust the focal length or measure the position to reduce or eliminate the reflection effect if the overheat or excessive reflection of the background in or around the target affects the accuracy of the target measurement.
2) select the correct temperature range
To get the correct temperature reading, be sure to set the correct temperature range. When observing the target, the temperature span of the instrument will be fine-tuned to get the best image quality, which will also affect the quality of the temperature curve and the temperature measurement accuracy.
3) know the maximum measurement distance
For the non-refrigerated micro-calorie plane detector, the target image of the optical system of the thermal imager must be 9 pixels, or more, to accurately identify the target. If the instrument is too far away from the target, the target will be small, and the temperature measurement will not correctly reflect the true temperature of the object. To get the most accurate readings, try to fill the object with the view of the instrument. Show enough scenery to distinguish the target. The distance from the target should not be less than the minimum focal length of the optical system of the thermal imager, or it cannot be focused into a clear image.
4) only generate clear infrared thermal images, or precise temperature measurement is required
Clear infrared image is also very important, but if in the course of work, the need for temperature measurement, and the requirement of target temperature comparison and trend analysis, need to record all influence the accurate temperature measurement of target and environment temperature conditions, such as emission rate, environmental temperature, wind speed and direction, humidity, heat reflection source and so on.
5) single work background
When the weather is cold, you'll find that most of the targets are close to ambient temperatures. When working outdoors, be sure to consider the effects of sun reflection and absorption on the image and temperature measurement. Therefore, some older models of infrared thermography can only measure work at night to avoid the effects of solar reflection.
6) ensure that the instrument is stable during the measurement
Now all the long wave infrared thermal imager can reach the 60Hz frame rate, so in the process of shooting the image, the image will be blurred by the movement of the instrument. In order to achieve the best results, in freezing and recording images, the instrument should be as stable as possible. When pressing the storage button, try to ensure that it is smooth and smooth. Even the slightest motion of the instrument may lead to unclear images. It is recommended to use support under your arm to stabilize, or place the instrument on the surface of the object, or use a tripod, as far as possible to maintain stability.
